About Us

Open since August 2007, Erin Perry and Oren Smith bring you 22 years of experience in their latest collaboration in the sports medicine field. Eager to start their own practice, Erin and Oren began the search for what ultimately became the start of their dreams. Erin and Oren possess the kind of innovative thinking that needed it’s own space. The goal was to find a location that would have the feel of a luxury medical clinic, but also have room to set up a high performance training facility and golf lab. What EOS is and will become, is the vision of two experienced and talented individuals. The goal is to push the limits of clinical therapy and available technology.
