• Co-owner Erin started her career in 1994 when she graduated from Sheridan College’s Sports Injury Management program. She diversified into Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture at the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine having graduated in 1999. In 2009, Erin began her studies into becoming a Holistic Life Coach. She is currently an HLC level 2 with the CHEK Institute. As a manual therapist there are many ‘tools in the tool box’ that she uses to make the return to sport safe and efficient by finding and treating the cause. • Co-owner Oren studied both Kinesiology and Physiotherapy at the University of Western Ontario. A former provincial rugby player, Oren understands what it takes to return to the field from injury. His evaluation skills and treatment techniques will have you back to your activity in the shortest time possible. He has since shifted his focus from rugby to golf and the biomechanics of the golf swing. Now certified with the Titleist Performance Institute as a Medical Professional Level 3, he is able to help golfers of all levels, and any athlete who demands their body to move more efficiently. Filling the gap between rehabilitation and return to sport, Oren sought the teachings of the CHEK Institute. Now a CHEK Practitioner Level 1, his command of exercise selection, exercise variables, program design and periodization have enabled him to prepare any athlete for their competitive arena. The combination of thorough assessment techniques, proven manual therapy skills, and a strong understanding of exercise rehabilitation show Oren’s well rounded approach to optimizing function and performance. • Registered Massage Therapist Sharon’s diverse education and experience as an athlete make her an exceptional asset to the EOS team. Sharon’s background in Kinesiology (York University) and Biology (Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tennessee) allows her to readily communicate with other practitioners to make sure our clients have the most comprehensive care possible. As an athlete herself, Sharon understands the need for diverse care. Previously, Sharon had a basketball scholarship at Trevecca Nazarene University and still plays recreationally. She also plays both volleyball and slo-pitch. Specializing in soft tissue, Sharon is an essential part of the team. • Personal Trainer Aly graduated from the Fitness and Lifestyle Management Program at George Brown College in 2010. She is currently studying at the University of Guelph-Humber to obtain an honours degree in Kinesiology. Aly’s interest in sports rehab comes from her experience as an athlete. A former player, Aly now coaches a U-11 competitive girls soccer team. Assisting athletes in their progression from injury to peak performance is what keeps Aly excited about her field.
